Check in from 4pm
We will provide you with your accommodation details upon arrival.
We would recommend arriving onsite by 4pm, this will allow plenty of time to settle in to your accommodation and get glam for dinner!
The 'Night Before' Dinner And Drinks
Dress code: Smart Casual
There will be 2 sittings for dinner - please see 'details' page to confirm yours!
Sitting 1: 6pm
Sitting 2: 8pm
Please note, we kindly ask everyone on the 1st dinner sitting, enjoys the facilities within their accommodation after the event to allow for the second sitting.
The meal is on us, but we kindly ask that you cover your drinks at the bar.
Tuesday 10th December 2024
The Day She Becomes A Goater
Dress code: Formal Black Tie

Ceremony at 1pm - Please arrive at the barn no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony time.
Our full itinerary will be shared on the day.
Wednesday 11th December 2024
The 'Day After' Brunch
Time: Arrival between 9:00-10:30
Join us for a post-wedding breakfast to catch up on all the wedding stories before saying farewell!

Hidden River Cabins
Longtown, Carlisle, CA6 5TU
When approaching Hidden River, you will see a brown signpost stating 'Hidden River Cabins' - you need to continue about 1/2 mile further down the road, where you will see a GREEN signpost. This is where you enter the site. At the end of the long drive, to your right, you will find a car park and the restaurant. This is where you will go to check-in!

Hidden River Barn
Our venue is on the same site as all accommodation. We would recommend driving from your cottage or log cabin and parking at the barn. Although it is a very short distance, there is a small hill to walk down which will be ok in your flats at the end of the night but you wouldn't want to scale it in heels.

This will be located in Hidden River Barn.
