Accommodation

Accommodation: 

The accommodation for the wedding has been finalised. If there are any further (unlikely) amendments beyond this point, we will contact each couple individually. You will also need to check in at Hidden River Cafe on arrival, here they will confirm your accommodation.

All accommodation has a living room and fully-equipped kitchen. We will be providing a continental style breakfast for the morning of the wedding. However, if you would like something different, or have any specific dietary requirements relating to your breakfasts, please feel free to bring your own.

We have done our very best to ensure that you are sharing with atleast one other couple you would know. There will be minimal keys to each accommodation, please ensure you manage this with all guests in cottage/cabin and have the keys accessible to all. Logistically, you will regularly be together over the 3 days, so we hope that this will be relatively easy to manage.

We ask that all guests attending and staying onsite, respect others staying within the same accommodation. We also politely ask that you keep the communal areas within your accommodation, clean and tidy after using to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

 

We have covered the damages deposit for every accommodation, however, if there are any deductions upon check-out, we may asks the guests residing in the particular accommodation to reimburse these costs.

Drugs are prohibited anywhere within the grounds of the venue, this includes, your cottages, houses or cabins, the restaurant and the wedding venue. We ask that all guests respect this. If we are made aware of any guests using drugs whilst staying with us, we will personally and politely be asking them to leave.
